Haryana Electricity Reforms Act, 1997 The transmission license was granted under Section 15 of the Act, 1997. After that the electricity demand was used for all the places. Now electricity has grown to such an extent that there are no villages in the country without light bulbs.
Electricity has now been introduced even in the forest for agriculture. In this way they are using electricity from sunlight. Demand for electricity is now a growing demand. The electricity used for the daily needs of the people is fixed by the government.
All the people are paying this fee without any delay. While making such payments, they are paying directly to the electricity company. But now multi-way electronic payment system has been introduced. We can clearly see them in detail.
Haryana Electricity Bill Payment Method
Step: 1
Google Chrome must be logged in. Type DHBVN in the search field. The first option is to give a link and you have to click on that link, after clicking you will see the home image.

The home image you have to click on the Bill Payment option. After clicking you will get a next image.
Step: 3
If you look at that image, you will be asked to type your account number, phone number, email ID, and the image number. All these should be filled correctly.

After filling everything like that you have to click on that button below which there is a button that says Proceed.

After clicking the proceed button, your bill payment amount will be displayed in the next image. Which method are you going to pay the bill under that amount payment method? They have given the information. If you look at that information, they will provide it in many ways like debit card, credit card, UPI on the first line. Next, net banking will provide many options. Below that, they will ask if you are going to do Left or RTGS/ NEFT through chellan. They would have given you whether you are going to do RTGS / NEFT without chellan. Now what we are going to do is first option debit card credit card UPI QR should be used in this way. After selecting you have to click on pay now button. Next you will get an image.

When you scroll down like that, ask whether you are going to pay through debit card, credit card, UPI QR line. Now we have to select our debit card option.

After selecting the debit card, you will be asked for the debit card number, expiry date, CVP number, fill everything correctly and click on the pay button.
Step: 9
Next you will get all the information you entered to make your bill payment. An OTP has been sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
Step: 10
The OTP in the image should fill in that grid. After filling, give submit.
Step: 11
You can see in the next image that your payment has been successfully made. You will see the screen to take payment print out. This way you can pay your electricity bill in a simple way.
