How To Change Contact Number In Axis Bank Online
First open an Axis Bank account and update all your contact details like mobile number, email id, address then proceed.

Update your mobile number in your Axis Bank account

You can easily update your mobile number by visiting the nearest Axis Bank App Mobile or branch.

You can easily update your mobile number through mobile.
Step 4
Enter your account number and credit card number and login.
Step 5
After that select Mobile Number Update.
After that see the following message your account number 12xxxxxxxxxxxx is already registered with Axis Bank. Would you like to update your number now. Now, select the Update option.
After that enter your mobile number and confirm. Your mobile number will be updated.Update your mobile number through a branch near you.Contact the nearest bank for updating your mobile number and any other request to the customer.
Update your email id to your Axis bank account. Update email id through SMS.Send an SMS in the format UPDATEM <space> <your email id> to 5676782 from your registered mobile number.
Update Email ID through Axis Mobile App
Log in to the mobile app.
Click on Bank then Services.
Now click on my details and select update email id.
Update Email ID through Internet Banking
Visit Axis Bank Internet Banking Portal.
Click on services
Now click on contact details then click on edit email id and then enter code received via SMS. Your email id will be updated. Update your address in your Axis Bank account. Update address through Axis mobile app. Click on my details under services from the menu option. Update your contact address/permanent address.
Accept the terms and conditions
Upload any of the mentioned documents – Driving License/Passport/Aadhaar/Election Card. Attach declaration on company letterhead to office address. Your address will be updated.
Update address through internet banking
Visit Axis Bank Internet Banking Portal.
Click on Services
Click on Contact Details Edit/Enter New Address ,then Enter Net Secure Code Received via SMS. Your address will be updated.
